Why choose us
Why we're your best choice
Four ICF-credentialed coaches, fixed prices published on every service page, and a free 45-minute call before anyone books anything. Roughly one in five of those calls ends with a referral elsewhere rather than a booking, which is how it should be.
A plan built from your week
The first session logs a real week hour by hour. Everything after that has to fit inside it.
Progress you can point at
We agree the specific behaviors up front, so neither of us has to guess whether it is working.
Evenings, weekends, two time zones
Sessions from 7am to 8pm ET, and free rescheduling up to 24 hours ahead.
Support between sessions
Written notes the same evening and a ten-minute check-in on the off week. It is the part that makes the two weeks between them count.
Clients Coached
Individuals and small teams since the practice opened in 2005.
Sessions Delivered
Every two weeks, sixty minutes, with written notes the same evening.
Years of Practice
Four ICF-credentialed coaches, working across career, leadership and wellbeing.
Workshops Run
Half-day group sessions for teams, run on site or over video.
Our services
Coaching that fits the week you actually have

Personal Development
Get clear on what you want the next two years to look like, then build the weekly habits that get you there.

Career Coaching
Decide whether to move, stay or change direction — and put together the case, the conversations and the timeline to do it.

Health and Wellness
Build a routine around sleep, movement and food that survives a bad week — because the ones that only work in a good week are not routines.

Relationship Coaching
Work on how you show up in the relationships you already have — the conversations you keep postponing, and the boundaries you have never said out loud.
Frequently asked questions
Find clarity in common questions

Forty-five minutes, free, nothing to prepare. You describe what is going on and what you would like to be different; we ask questions and tell you honestly whether coaching is the right tool for it. Roughly one in five people leaves that call with a referral somewhere else instead of a booking.
Therapy works on what happened; it is clinical work, and it belongs with a licensed professional. Coaching works on what happens next — goals, decisions, habits, follow-through. We do not diagnose or treat anything. If something comes up in a session that belongs with a clinician, we will say so and help you find one.
Career decisions, leadership and management, time and workload, health and sleep habits, confidence, communication and boundaries. In practice most engagements start in one of those and quietly turn out to be about another.
No. Most people arrive with a vague sense that something needs to change and not much more. The first two sessions are usually spent turning that into something specific enough to act on.
Most clients report a clearer head after the second session and a visible change in one specific habit somewhere between weeks four and eight. Anyone who offers you a timeline more precise than that is guessing.
