What you’ll gain

  • A clear read on whether your dissatisfaction is about the job, the manager, the industry or the stage of life you are in — because the fix is different for each.
  • A written target: the role, the kind of organization, the salary band, and what you will and will not accept.
  • The conversations mapped out — with your manager, with your network, with recruiters — and the words to open each one.
  • A timeline with dates on it, so the move stops being something you will get to.

Who it’s for

Mid-career professionals at a fork: a promotion that would lock in a direction, a redundancy that arrived early, a field that has stopped being interesting, or a job that is fine and quietly wrong.

The process

  1. Discovery call — 45 minutes, free. What is happening, and what you have already tried.
  2. Session one — the honest audit. Your last three roles, what you were good at, what drained you, and what you avoided. Patterns show up quickly here.
  3. Sessions two and three — the target. Narrowing to two or three real options and pressure-testing each against your finances, your household and your appetite for risk.
  4. Sessions four to six — the campaign. Outreach, applications, interviews, and the negotiation. We rehearse the hard conversations before you have them.

Between sessions you get a short written brief: what to do, who to contact, and what to bring back.
