What you’ll gain
- A routine sized to your real week rather than your ideal one.
- A sleep window you can actually hold, which is the single change most clients feel fastest.
- A plan for the bad weeks — what the minimum version looks like when everything else is on fire.
- Somewhere to be honest about it every two weeks, which turns out to matter more than the plan.
Who it’s for
Anyone who knows exactly what they should be doing and has not managed to do it for eight months. The gap is rarely knowledge. It is design, and accountability, and permission to make the target smaller.
This is coaching, not care. If you have a diagnosed condition, an eating disorder, or anything a doctor is already managing, work with them; I can support the habits around it, and I will say clearly when something is outside what I should be touching.
The process
- Discovery call — 45 minutes, free.
- Session one — the audit. A week of your life, hour by hour, without judgment. We look for the two or three places where a change is actually possible.
- Sessions two to six — one change at a time. Never more than two habits in play at once. Each session reviews the last commitment honestly before setting the next.
- A written plan at the end that you can run without me.
Frequently asked questions
No. I do not write meal plans or training programs, and I will not give you medical advice. What I do is help you follow the plan you already have, or find the professional who should write you a better one. Plenty of clients work with me and a dietitian at the same time.
Usually because the previous version was designed for a version of your week that does not exist. We start from your actual calendar — the commute, the shifts, the kids — and build something that fits inside it.
Only if you want to, and never as the measure of whether it is working. The measures I care about are whether you did the thing, and whether you would do it again next week.
