What you’ll gain
- An honest inventory of where the pressure comes from, separated into what you control, what you influence, and what you are carrying for someone else.
- A shorter list of commitments, because most stress plans fail on the arithmetic rather than the technique.
- A recovery routine sized to a working week — not a retreat you will take in eighteen months.
- Early warning signs written down, so the next bad stretch is recognized in week one rather than week six.
Who it’s for
People running hot for long enough that it has stopped feeling like a phase: managers absorbing a team’s load, carers, founders, anyone whose calendar filled up while they were not looking.
The process
- Discovery call — 45 minutes, free.
- Session one — the load audit. Everything you are carrying, listed. It is usually longer than people expect and that is the point.
- Sessions two and three — subtraction. What comes off the list, who has to be told, and what you will say.
- Sessions four to six — recovery. Building the routine, then testing whether it survives contact with a normal week.
Frequently asked questions
No, and the difference matters. Anxiety disorders are treated by clinicians. Coaching works on load, boundaries, priorities and recovery habits. Many clients do both. If you describe something on the first call that needs a clinician, I will say so and give you names.
Then we work on the parts you control — what you agree to, when you stop, how you recover, and which battles you fight. That is usually more than people expect, and occasionally it turns into a career conversation instead.
I will show you two, because they are cheap and they help in the moment. They are not the work. The work is the load itself.
