What you’ll gain
- A written record of what you have actually done, which most clients have never assembled and find genuinely surprising.
- The three or four beliefs that have been setting your ceiling, named out loud.
- A series of small, deliberate tests — the ask, the pitch, the first word in the meeting — sized so that the first one is uncomfortable rather than terrifying.
- A way of handling the ones that do not work, so a single bad outcome stops taking the whole run down with it.
Who it’s for
Capable people who consistently ask for less than they are worth, and people re-entering something — work, dating, a field they left — after a long gap.
The process
- Discovery call — 45 minutes, free.
- Session one — the evidence. Everything you have done that you have discounted.
- Sessions two and three — the beliefs. Named, then tested against that evidence.
- Sessions four to six — the asks. One real test between each session, reviewed honestly whether or not it worked.
Frequently asked questions
No. Telling yourself something you do not believe tends to make the disbelief louder. We work on evidence — things you have actually done, and small deliberate tests that produce more of it.
No. If what you are describing is persistent and has a clinical shape to it, that belongs with a therapist, and I will say so plainly on the first call. Coaching works well alongside that, and badly instead of it.
Concrete things. Asking for the rate. Speaking first in the meeting. Sending the application. We agree the specific behaviors up front so neither of us has to guess whether it is working.
